No Returns Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot accept returns once your item has been produced and posted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the tracking information confirming delivery. If a report is not received within this 48‑hour window, it will be assumed that any damage occurred after delivery by the recipient, and replacements or remedial actions will not be considered. For any issues, please email us at admin@3dbydee.com immediately upon noticing the problem.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@3dbydee.com so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate remedy.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, the standard EU cooling off period does not apply. All sales are final.
